Just Beat It!
Bucket drumming, body percussion, and boomwhackers come together to celebrate music making with non-traditional instruments! 4th grade students will create original choreography with bucket drums, accompany some popular songs, and showcase how fun "found sounds" can be!
Approximately 12 students will have an opportunity to do a small group feature. Students must be available to rehearse mornings from 8:10-8:30. They are welcome to bring breakfast into my room for rehearsal. Small group roster is posted outside the music room door.
Our performance will take place in the Riverbend Cafeteria on Thursday, November 21th at 6:30pm. We look forward to having you join us for this musical showcase!
A more detailed letter will be sent home with students as we approach the performance date.
